Study the structures within your knees, the meniscus and cruciate ligaments, to recognize the constant, modulating presence that allows us to bow so deeply at our knees

Through the uprightness of your knees, bring presence and connection between the ankle and the hip, from the efforts in organizing and articulating with the earth and with the depth of our inner awareness
