Svadhyaya- self study:

Each week, the new package of study materials will be accessible on Saturday. You’ll receive an email around 2pm EST Saturdays, letting you know that they are up and ready to be viewed. These offer a guided approach to self study. Get excited! There will be videos, audios, visuals and more that will be engaging and revelatory.

One-on-one sessions:

Our one-on-one sessions will be an opportunity to bring all that we’ve explored into a 25 minute one-on-one session with Julia.

You are welcome to schedule your one-on-one session any time from now up to an hour beforehand.

Q&A Calls:

We have 75 minutes just like our asana class. We will start with any questions that I have received in advance, as I will be able to formulate how to use them to launch the discussion. Anytime during the discussion you are welcome to ask a question in the chat. Do your best ahead of time to formulate and focus your question(s) so that we take advantage of the potency of our shared discussion.

Personal Development:

In the first and fifth week, we spend time focused on personal development – for your own exploration and pursuit. The time is supported by a guided audio in which I offer a few potential ways to focus on what we have been exploring, turning it into a personal journey of inner listening and unfolding.

Planning and Scheduling:

I suggest devoting a minimum of 2 hours a week to engaging with the exercises and explorations. 

It is most successful if you are able to schedule a time for this, perhaps the same time every week. If that’s not possible, try to write time into your schedule every Saturday as you receive the material in order to be sure the week doesn’t disappear and to honor the anticipation and excitement to dive in. :)
